As we are a small family business, all guests are like a friend to us. But still there are rules to keep the house tidy and happy!
Please keep the place clean and hygienic.
Reception is from 7AM-3PM daily. Check-in out of this hour can be arranged in advance.
House keeping is everyday during 11:00- 14:00. If you do not need cleaning, please hang sign NO CLEANING / DO NOT DISTURB in front of your room.
To help taking care of the world, your towels and bedding linens will be changed every 3 days or per stay. If you need this cleaned and changed prior to this schedule, feel free to let us know.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card that is valid throughout the stay.
All guests will be registered into the system with ID card or passport attached. Guest cannot allow unregistered guest to stay over night or guest must pay extra room rate as stated in room price listing.
24-hour security system is activated. After the check-in, guests can always access their room with keycard*
(*RFID keycard - €5 fee in case of loss or broken)
Kirisavan reserves the right to terminate any booking before or during stay when safety of other guests or of the premise might not be in place.
All kind of any unusual situation during stay (stolen/missing belongings of guests etc.) will be immediately reported to authorities.
Cancellations & Refunds
All payments will be fully paid before check in at Kirisavan. Bank transfer must take place at least 7 days before check in date.
For Online Payment System, credit card information will be filled and debited on the trusted financial institution’s secure server, and we do not maintain in our server all or part of your financial information.

Kirisavan reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations, where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances contained or resulted from a mistake or error.
Kirisavan reserves the rights to cancel or amend bookings if they are not followed by our terms & conditions.
Booking cancellation and refund request is possible at least 7 days in advance.
Booking cancellation policies and their penalty charges including terms & conditions are different if stated otherwise by each offer, rate, promotion, and packages throughout the website.
